Inktober 2020 – Week 1

Hey everyone! 😀

I’m really excited to be doing Inktober for the first time this year! I’ve been wanting to do it for the last few years, but have never actually gotten around to it, so I’m excited that this year I got it figured out. (Thanks Susie!) 😀

I thought it would be fun to share my drawings from each day with y’all. They are not particularly amazing, especially compared to some of my friend’s, but you know what? That’s ok! What matters is that I’m having fun, and that I’m actually practicing my drawing skills every day. (For once!) So without further ado, here are my drawings from week 1 of Inktober!

Day One: Fish

For this prompt, I drew some Koi fish swimming around, and some lily pads floating around them.

Day Two: Wisp

I’m not sure how well this actually fits the definition of this word, but it’s the first thing that came to my mind, and I wanted to draw it, so I did! XD 🤷‍♀️😂

Day Three: Bulky

I drew a cute little turtle, pushing a big, bulky strawberry! XD

Day Four: Radio

A Walkie Talkie. 🙃

Day Five: Blade

This one is probably my favorite from this week! It’s a knife slicing though a kiwi.

Day Six: Rodent

I drew Mickey Mouse for this one, lol! It’s probably my second favorite of them all.

Day Seven: Fancy

I don’t really like how this one turned out, but that’s ok. It’s a fancy pearl necklace, sitting on a pillow. 🙂

And that’s it! I’ve really enjoyed Inktober so far, and can’t wait for the rest of it!! 😀
