Inktober 2020 – Week 2

Hey everyone! I’ve been working super hard to keep up with this thing – but failing. XD Yesterday I did 5 days worth, so I’d be ready to do this post, lol! And now we’re about to go on a week long trip, so I don’t know how much I’ll get done this week… Being consistent is harder than it sounds!!

But, here are the drawings that I did manage to do this week. 😀

Day 8 – Teeth

I thought about this prompt for quite a while, before landing this. It looks a bit odd…. Drawing realism is SO much easier with a pencil, lol!

Day 9 – Throw

This was another one that took considerable thought, since I didn’t want to draw a human or animal. I like how it turned out though.

Day 10 – Hope

This technically isn’t an actual drawing, but I’m saying it counts. 😉

Day 11 – Disgusting

There weren’t a whole lot of disgusting things that I really wanted to draw, but I finally decided on this apple, with worms sticking out of it. XD

Day 12 – Slippery

I hope this wasn’t too unoriginal…! It was the first thing that popped into my mind!

Day 13 – Dune

Um. About this one. I STILL CAN’T THINK OF WHAT TO DRAW! Other than a sand dune of course, which I don’t really want to draw, but may have to if nothing else comes to mind. Ideas please, people?! ;P

Day 14 – Armor

I drew an armadillo. (The word armadillo means “little armored one”). I’m proud of myself for thinking of the idea, but not quote so proud of the actual drawing, which turned out a little odd. XD And I accidentally gave him eyelashes… So I guess it’s a she armadillo. 🤣

And I should have drawn the next one, and several more, but that’s where I’m at at the moment…. XD I will finish this thing!

Do you have any ideas for the word “Dune”? How about for “Outpost”? (For some reason, that word makes me think of the pony express, but I’m not sure I’d be able to draw that, and make it look decent, lol!)
